The Overton Law Firm, P.C. is a chartered Texas Professional Corporation, with its practice based in Houston, Texas. The Firm’s offices are conveniently located near Memorial Park with easy access to major freeways and the County, State, and Federal Courts.

The Firm’s attorneys are licensed to practice in Texas and Louisiana and are admitted to practice before all state courts in Louisiana and Texas, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the Eastern District of Louisiana, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

The Firm was founded by Mr. Overton after more than 15 years of service with a major oil and gas company. The Firm started with an estate planning and probate practice and now provides legal services in a variety of practice areas. Ultimately, the Firm plans to use its legal and business expertise to build a full-service practice in the southern United States. In the course of building this full-service practice, everyone at the firm is committed to continuous improvement and providing clients with quality, thorough, and competent advice.

Mr. Overton’s vision extends beyond building a full-service practice and the practice of law. The Firm has strong ties to local cities and neighborhoods and supports local and national charities and nonprofit organizations in its community. In addition to supporting these organizations, the Firm is committed to providing pro bono services in our practice areas to those individuals who truly could not otherwise afford legal services.
